๐Ÿ’ผ Who attends the HBIDA Fall Symposium?

The conference brings together educators, academic language therapists, administrators, parents, and advocates who are passionate about structured literacy and supporting students with dyslexia and related learning differences. Exhibiting at HBIDA gives your organization meaningful exposure to a targeted, mission-aligned audience.

The symposium will be held at the:

Parking is available in the Moran Parking Garage at 3807 Graustark St.
Directional signage and check-in details will be sent to all confirmed vendors in advance.

๐Ÿ•– What is the vendor setup time?

Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM on the day of the conference.
All exhibitors must be fully set up by 8:00 AM.

Event doors open to attendees at 8:30 AM, and we encourage all vendors to be ready early to engage with morning arrivals.

Yes! You may ship materials in advance to:

Please ensure shipments arrive between September 10โ€“17 and clearly include the name of your organization.


๐Ÿ”Œ Will electricity or Wi-Fi be available?

Basic campus Wi-Fi is available. If you require electricity at your table, please indicate this on your registration form. Extension cords and power strips will not be provided.

Vendor and sponsor registration closes on Friday, August 29th, 2025, or when all spaces are filled.
